TEAM TACTICS FUNDAMENTALS
Winchester, Virginia
Instructor: Jack Rumbaugh
This class is intended for husband-wife, father-son, patrol partners, or any pair of persons who spend time together. We will show the two person team how to operate as a cohesive team and mutually support each other in a gunfight. Students will learn basic two person team skills and their tactical applications via small lectures, dry and live fire work, and extended fire drills. To our knowledge, this material has never been taught outside of professional government funded schools.

| YOU NEED TO BRING:
|
Spare clothing appropriate to the weather, lunch/snacks and water (minimum of 1 gallon per person) for the entire day, baseball or other style hat, sun screen, bug repellent, allergy medication (if needed), chair (if you have a problem with sitting on the ground, note taking paper/pen/pencil and a boo boo kit (band aids, gauze pads, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment and tape)

Modern Defensive Pistol, Holster specifically made for that pistol and designed to be worn on the belt at the "strong side", 3 Magazines and One Magazine Pouch, A Belt of the same width as the belt loops for the holster and magazine pouches, Range Safety Gear (Eye protection and ear protection)

| DIRECTIONS TO RANGE:
|
Coming from Hagerstown/Martinsburg go Interstate 815 / From south of Winchester go Interstate 81N
* Exit 317 - Winchester, take Route 37 to Route 50 west
* Go approximately 12 miles and pass two separate railroad tracks and by Gore, VA
* After the second railroad tracks, start looking for Route 259 on the left (easily marked by signs on Route 50)
* Turn left on Route 259 and go approximately 4.7 miles to Christian Church Road
* Look for the large Case tractor sign on the right; the road is a few hundred feet beyond. Christian Church Road is only marked by a street sign on the right. It is the first right after you cross into West Virginia
* Turn right on Christian Church Road
* Pass by the church on the right; Hooks Mill Road comes up soon on the left
* Turn left on Hooks Mill Road
* Follow Hooks Mill Road until the asphalt road ends and you come up to a DEAD END sign
* Look to your left and see the "Timber Ridge Camp" and "Camp Sandy Cove" signs. Turn left here; the road is now all dirt & gravel
* You will come up to two different forks in the road - look for and follow the camp sign arrows as if you were going to "Camp Tall Timbers"
* Range entrance is about 1/8 mile past the second fork in the road on the other side of a utility pole. The utility pole is supported by two wires with yellow plastic sleeves
* Turn right and continue up the road, through the gate, and past the garage to the range
